What can I do on my new lot?

Not only can you build the house of your dreams, you will also have plenty of space to enjoy gatherings with family and friends, for your kids to play, to start a vegetable garden or to plant flowers and trees.

To protect the value and desirability of your lot and the entire subdivision, certain restrictions are in place regarding what you can and cannot do in your lot, including, but not limited to:

  • No farm animals, livestock or poultry of any kind should be raised, bred or kept on any lot.
  • Keeping your buildings, fences, landscaping and other improvements in neat and orderly condition, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
  • All easements, as shown on the Plat, should be free of any shrubbery, fences or other obstructions.
  • No lot should be used or maintained as a dumping ground for trash.
